Giovani Govan Bernard (born November 22, 1991) is an American former football running back who played ten seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the North Carolina Tar Heels, and was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the 2013 NFL draft,[1] spending 8 seasons with the team. After being released by the Bengals after the 2020 season, he then played 2 seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before retiring.
